The surrounding field, rendered in a harmonious blend of rust, pale blue, and soft ivory, gives the piece a painterly and aged elegance. Beautiful abrash (color variation due to dye lot changes) that lends texture and character, enhancing its antique charm. The wide border, with its continuous Herati-inspired rosettes and angular leaf motifs.
